Our group at Health Canada (i.e., me, Carole Yauk, Francesco Marchetti and Sabina Halappanavar) recently had several funding requests approved. The projects will require several post-docs between April 2014 and April 2017. Without going into details, the topic areas are molecular tox, nanotox, genetic tox, and applied genomics. As most of you know, we are a very active, well equipped, well funded research group, and our PDF salaries are competitive ($50 to $55k per year). Post-docs are engaged under the Visiting Fellowships program for Canadian government laboratories (http://www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca/students-etudiants/pd-np/laboratories-laboratoires/index_eng.asp). There is no requirement for citizenship and all qualified candidates are welcomed.
Please spread the word, and feel free to invite qualified candidates to contact me directly.
